Came Pretty quick to Romania. First impression on unpacking was very good, bacuse it's billet aluminium biuld and not the plastic from the oem.It has some plastic bushing where the lever goes inside. My car is an EP1 not EP3(i wished to) so it does fit the EP1 and EP2 too.
I recommend to to mount with your gear shift linkage out because it easier. For what you have to strip the whole center console and ne two long flat head screw driver to twist the shifter cables and not forget to lube ol the parts properly, i used silconic grease. And as I red here in the reviews, I used the old cap on the shifter shifter cable it has not play and the new one has. Be careful I almost lost it when I was removing it.
First impression after mounting is that it is a little heavier from left to right because of the new spring, but the gears are getting in a whole way smoother. Especially the first gear was sometimes hard to put in and the cabels were already lubed and I had a lot of play in this arm.
I’ve done it WITHOUT removing shifter or cables…it wasn’t easy…but i done it….the most difficult part was to remove star lock washer on the box. Then it was good. Product itself is as described, quality made and nice looking…just the plastic cap on the ball have a little slack so i use the oem one from arm what i remove. Shipping was also very very very fast. Recommend.
