Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Returns due to buyer error, including incorrect item selection or incorrect fitment, are not accepted unless approved as an exception and may be subject to buyer-paid return shipping and a restocking fee of up to 25%. Fitment-related claims must include photographic or video evidence for review.
Some products may require additional tuning, calibration, ECU adaptation, or supporting modifications after installation. We are not responsible for warning lights, fault codes, drivability issues, or performance changes resulting from installation, vehicle configuration, or prior modifications.
Compatibility information is provided as guidance only. Variations in vehicle condition, model year changes, aftermarket modifications, manufacturing tolerances, or previous repairs may affect fitment and performance.
Certain products, including EGR delete kits and emissions-related components, are sold for off-road, motorsport, competition, or export use only unless otherwise stated. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. We do not provide legal advice regarding road legality or emissions compliance.
Products used in motorsport, track, towing, racing, or competitive environments are subject to increased stress and wear. Damage or failure arising from such use does not constitute a defect.
Aftermarket and performance-oriented parts may increase noise, vibration, or harshness (NVH). Such characteristics are inherent to performance parts and do not constitute a fault.
Installation guidance, instructions, or torque specifications, where provided, are for reference only. Professional installation is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, over-torquing, under-torquing, cross-threading, or failure to follow manufacturer or industry-standard specifications.
Some items may be fulfilled from international warehouses or third-party logistics partners. Delivery times, dispatch locations, packaging, and branding may vary accordingly. Minor cosmetic or packaging variations between production batches do not affect product function.
Product names, vehicle references, and compatibility descriptions are used solely for descriptive and identification purposes and do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by original manufacturers.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the supplied item.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products are supplied without any performance guarantee or manufacturer warranty beyond statutory consumer protections.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products sold by JDM Performance are aftermarket or performance-oriented components and are not original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. Visual, dimensional, or material differences from OEM parts may exist and do not constitute a defect.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to update such information as needed.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 7.1 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, a small cancellation fee up to 7% may be applied to cover non-refundable payment processing costs, currency conversion, administrative handling, and order processing time.
If an order has already entered fulfilment, packing, or dispatch preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the order will fall under the standard Return Policy where applicable.
We reserve the right to deduct any applicable processing costs from the refund amount where a cancellation is approved.

Certain content or services may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites.
