Free tracked standard shipping
All orders include free tracked shipping. Tracking details are provided once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping method upgrades
For larger or heavier orders, we may ship using faster courier services at no additional cost, depending on destination and carrier availability. This does not change the estimated delivery timeframes listed below.


Estimated Delivery Times

All shipping times are approximate and based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays):

  • United Kingdom: 5–7 business days

  • European Union: 5–7 business days

  • USA: 7–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–10 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 7–10 business days

  • Asia: 7–10 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–14 business days

  • Outbound and return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable in cases of returns, refused deliveries, incorrect address details, or customer error.

  • Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable shipments may be subject to return shipping and handling fees, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.
