Free Shipping*

Enjoy free tracked shipping on orders over Β£30 GBP, $40 USD, or €35 EUR.

Orders below the free shipping threshold will be charged a shipping fee at checkout based on the destination country and shipping method selected.

Tracked Delivery

All orders include tracking. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping Method Upgrades

For larger or heavier orders, we may upgrade your shipment to a faster courier service at no additional cost where available. This upgrade is provided at our discretion and does not alter the estimated delivery timeframes displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal periods.

All shipping times are approximate and based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays):

  • United Kingdom: 5–7 business days

  • European Union: 5–7 business days

  • USA: 7–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–10 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 7–10 business days

  • Asia: 7–10 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–14 business days

Made-to-order and sourced items
Some items are made to order or sourced specifically for each customer. These products may require additional processing time before dispatch. By placing an order, you acknowledge that stated lead times are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability and production turnaround.


Shipping & Return Policy Notes

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Outbound and return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable in cases of returns, refused deliveries, incorrect address details, or customer error.

  • Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable shipments may be subject to return shipping and handling fees, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.
