At JDM Performance, we stand behind the quality of our JDM parts and accessories. Returns are only accepted under strict conditions, outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The return is requested within 14 days of delivery (UK & EU customers only)

You provide clear photo or video evidence before return approval
We do not accept returns for:

Buyer error (wrong item ordered, incorrect fitment, change of mind)

Clothing or accessories that are made to order or personalised

Items that have been used, installed, worn, or are not in original condition

Any request made after 14 days from delivery (for UK/EU), or at all for non-defective items outside the UK/EU
All claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.
Claims such as “item does not fit” must include visual proof of incompatibility. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before ordering. We are not responsible for fitment issues due to vehicle modifications or regional model differences.
Return Costs & Restocking Fee

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect

All returns must be shipped using a tracked and insured method

Unsolicited or unauthorised returns will be rejected

A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns (if approved as an exception)

Refusal to accept delivery, providing invalid address details, or failure to collect your parcel is the buyer’s responsibility. Any return costs will be deducted from any applicable refund
How to Request a Return
Do not send items back without prior approval.
To request a return, please use the Live Chat Assistant on our website. You’ll be guided through the process, including providing your order number, reason for return, and any supporting evidence.
We will provide you with the correct return address only after approval.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- All products are independently sourced and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any original brand names that may be referenced for style or compatibility purposes.
- This policy applies to customers in the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations.
