JDM Performance Return Policy

At JDM Performance, we stand behind the quality of our JDM performance parts, JDM parts, and JDM accessories. We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse returns are not accepted.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and require photo/video proof of any defect before approval.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Any claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be submitted within three (3) business days of receiving the product.

Return Costs & Restocking Fee

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • All return shipments must be freight prepaid, and we highly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
  • COD or freight collect shipments are not accepted, and any additional charges incurred during the return process will be the buyer's responsibility.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
  • Failure to collect an order after delivery is the buyer’s responsibility. Any additional return shipping or handling fees will be deducted from the refund.

Return Process

  1. Do not return any items without first initiating a return request. Unauthorised returns will be rejected.
  2. To initiate a return, use the contact form in the navigation menu or email us at support@jdmperformance.net, clearly stating your order number and reason for return and photo / video evidence,
  3. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

  • Gift cards and personalized items are non-returnable.
  • Clothing items are made-to-order and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or incorrect due to our error. We encourage customers to check size charts carefully and consider ordering a size up for a looser fit.
  • Failure to collect an order when delivered is the buyer’s responsibility, and any related costs will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover shipping costs.

Additional Terms

  • We recommend professional fitment of parts. JDM Performance is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect installation or improper use.
  • JDM Performance reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Provisions related to liability limitations, indemnification, and other essential conditions shall remain in effect after termination.
