Free Shipping
Free tracked shipping is available on orders over £30 GBP, $40 USD, or €35 EUR.
Orders below the free shipping threshold will incur a shipping charge based on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout.
Free shipping promotions may not apply to select apparel orders when combined with discount codes.
Tracked Delivery
All orders include tracking. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
Shipping Method Upgrades
For larger or heavier orders, we may upgrade your shipment to a faster courier service at no additional cost where available. This upgrade is provided at our discretion and depends on the destination, package size, and carrier availability.

Refunds will not be issued due to shipping delays, although we are always here to assist where possible.
