Why is my discount code not working?

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes! You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://jdmperformance.net/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@jdmperformance.net just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We generally cancel orders only in two scenarios: if there's an issue with stock availability, or upon your request. In the rare event that we must cancel your order due to stock-related issues at our end, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, we will always propose alternative product options and ensure that your refund is processed promptly and in full. Our priority is to resolve any issues swiftly and to your satisfaction.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via sales@jdmperformance.net we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed, please be aware we are unable to cancel an order once its in transit.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online, please be aware it can take upto 4days for tracking to update, for international orders once the item is in transit it is quite common for the tracking information to update only after the item has entered the destination country.

Do you ship worldwide?

What happens if my package says it's delivered but I have not received it?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We at JDM Performance understand the importance of providing high-quality JDM performance parts, JDM parts, and JDM accessories to our valued customers. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we'll assume responsibility and cover the return shipping costs, offering refunds exclusively for faulty products in compliance with applicable laws.

We do not accept returns if you purchased the wrong item without consulting us before making the purchase. It is important to ensure that you have selected the correct item to fit your vehicle prior to placing your order. If you are unsure about any product, please contact our customer service team for assistance before making a purchase. If you have received the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free returns process, you are advised to notify us within thirty (30) days of receiving the product via email. All return shipments must be made freight prepaid, and we highly recommend that you choose a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance coverage. Please note that we do not accept COD or freight collect shipments, and any additional charges incurred during the returns process shall be borne by you.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and any claim for a missing, incorrect, or damaged item must be submitted within three (3) business days of receipt of the merchandise. Please inspect your products upon receipt to ensure that any issues are promptly reported.

Termination of these terms and conditions may occur without prior notice from JDM Performance at any time, for any reason. However, provisions related to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous shall remain in effect even after termination.

We may deliver notice to you through e-mail, a general notice on the site, or any other reliable method to the address you have provided to us.

Please note that we recommend professional fitment of parts. JDM Performance shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that may result from the use of, or inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if JDM Performance has been advised of the possibility of such damages. However, applicable laws may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Where is my refund?

We strive to process refunds promptly, typically within 48 hours of receiving a returned item. However, it's important to note that processing times can vary with different banks, and it may take them several days to credit the refund to your account. Therefore, we kindly ask you to allow up to ten working days from the time you post the item back to us before inquiring about your refund. Rest assured, we will keep you informed and send you an email notification once your refund has been processed.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
