JDM Performance Return Policy

At JDM Performance, we stand behind the quality of our JDM performance parts, JDM parts, and JDM accessories. We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery, with the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse returns are not accepted.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and require photo/video proof of any defect before approval.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Costs & Restocking Fee:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns

We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us maintain fair pricing and high product quality for all customers.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, use the contact form in the open navigation menu or email us at support@jdmperformance.net.
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective items.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Exceptions:

  • Gift cards and personalized items are not returnable.
  • Clothing due to our made-to-order process, clothing items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. We strongly encourage customers to refer to the detailed size charts and order a size up if a looser fit is preferred.
  • Please note failure to collect an order when it has been delivered is the buyer’s responsibility

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the shipping costs.

Please note that we recommend professional fitment of parts. JDM Performance shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that may result from the use of, or inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if JDM Performance has been advised of the possibility of such damages. However, applicable laws may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
