At JDM Performance, we stand behind the quality of our JDM performance parts, JDM parts, and JDM accessories. We offer a 30-day return policy on all items purchased from our website, starting from the date of delivery.
Eligibility:
- All products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, including change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Items must be unused and in the original condition with all packaging intact.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, use the contact form in the open navigation menu or email us at support@jdmperformance.net.
- We'll provide you with return instructions and address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective items.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Full refunds are provided for all eligible returns.
Exceptions:
- Gift cards and personalized items are not returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the shipping costs.

JDM Performance shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that may result from the use of, or inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if JDM Performance has been advised of the possibility of such damages. However, applicable laws may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
