Return Policy – JDM Performance
At JDM Performance, we stand behind the quality of our JDM performance parts, JDM parts, and JDM accessories. We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Returns for buyer error (e.g. wrong item ordered, incorrect fitment, or change of mind) are not accepted.

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and include clear photo or video proof of any defect or issue before approval.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Any claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be submitted within three (3) business days of receiving the product.

Claims for “item does not fit” must include visual evidence of incompatibility.
Return Costs & Restocking Fee

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.

All return shipments must be freight prepaid, using a tracked shipping method. We recommend adding insurance for your protection.

COD or freight collect shipments are not accepted, and any additional charges incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all authorised non-defective returns.

Failure to collect an order, provide a valid address, or refusal of delivery is the buyer’s responsibility. Any return shipping or handling fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Return Process

Do not return any items without first initiating a return request. Unauthorised returns will be rejected.

To initiate a return, use the contact form in the navigation menu or email us at support@jdmperformance.net clearly stating your order number, reason for return, and including photo or video evidence.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of verified defective or incorrect items.
Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.
Exceptions

Gift cards and personalised items are non-returnable.

Clothing items are made-to-order and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or incorrect due to our error. We encourage customers to check size charts carefully and consider ordering a size up for a looser fit.

Failure to collect or accept delivery of an order is the buyer’s responsibility, and any related costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover shipping costs for verified issues.

We recommend professional fitment of parts. JDM Performance is not liable for damages or costs resulting from incorrect installation or improper use.
