Water Cooled External Wastegate 38mm V-banded MVS-A

Introducing the Water Cooler External Wastegate, V-banded 38mm MVS-A. This top-of-the-line wastegate is designed for high performance applications, with materials and construction that set it apart from competing designs.

The valve is constructed from high temp NiCrFe based alloy, offering superior durability compared to other wastegate valves on the market. The valve housing is made from 347SS, further enhancing the product's longevity.

The actuator diaphragm is made from high temperature silicone Nomex reinforced material, ensuring reliable performance even in extreme conditions. The actuator spring, made from 17-7 PH Stainless Steel, provides consistent pressure at high temperatures and resists "relaxing" up to 900ºF.

The valve seat and valve bushing are constructed from Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel, and all hardware is Stainless Steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and durability. The wastegate features integrated -4 AN water cooling ports, allowing coolant to cycle through the actuator top to maintain low temperatures, ideal for road racing conditions.

In addition, five heat sinks raise the actuator top away from the casting, dissipating heat effectively in situations where water cooling is not possible.

This wastegate is designed for Motorsport/Road Racing applications, providing unparalleled performance and reliability. All items are brand new and undergo rigorous leak testing at the factory before shipping. However, if the water cooling ports are not utilized, they can be removed.
